Team Lists for Round 14 of the 2025 Harrigan Cup, brought to you by Elastoplast
It’s a top-of-the-table clash in Round 14 with second-placed Dapto hosting the competition frontrunners at Dapto Showground.
Both teams come into the match in good form, with Collies having won four on the trot and the Canaries recording a hat-trick of wins in the last three weeks.
Although Collegians have claimed the minor premiership with two games remaining in the regular season, they’ll want to maintain momentum over the next two weeks, knowing they have earned the first week off in the four week finals series.
Collies have taken the points convincingly on both occasions the two sides have met this season, with scores of 46-14 in Round 4 and 42-10 in Round 9.
However, Dapto have shown significant improvement since that last loss, dropping just one game from their previous five.

Wests v De La Salle
Plenty at stake in this one with Wests (3rd) currently two points clear of De La Salle (4th) on the ladder and both wanting to avoid a dreaded Elimination Final (4th v 5th) in week one.
Both are last-start losers and will look to return to the winners’ list with the finals just around the corner.
The Shire-based outfit has only won one of their last four, a 17-16 win over Thirroul three weeks ago. Meanwhile, the defending premiers will look to bounce back from last week’s 8-0 defeat by Corrimal, their second loss to the Cougars this season.
The honours are shared so far this season with Wests winning their Round 4 encounter 12-0 before De La Salle’s 24-18 victory in Round 9.

Thirroul v Corrimal
This game shapes as a grand final for both sides. A win will guarantee the Cougars a finals appearance for the first time in recent memory. At the same time, the Butchers need the win to keep their season alive going into the final round.
The Cougars are riding high after their shut-out win over Wests last week and will enter the game as sentimental favourites. Meanwhile, Thirroul will need to flush their heartbreaking loss to Dapto on the siren last week.
Little separates the two sides on paper, with Thirroul defeating Corrimal 18-12 in the first ‘Battle of the Beaches in Round 4 before the Cougars’ 24-22 victory in Round 9.
