This weekend marks the beginning of the Illawarra Junior Rugby League season, featuring U6-U12 Development, the merged competitions for Illawarra/Group 7 (U13-U16s), as well as Blues and Open Ladies League Tag.
With over 4,000 players ready to showcase their skills, spirit, and sportsmanship, the season promises to be filled with hard-fought matches and unforgettable moments.
The Illawarra/Group 7 merged competition consists of 15 rounds, culminating in the Grand Final on the weekend of September 6-7. The U6-U12 age groups will not have a competitive format, with three gala days scheduled in August to complete their season.
Please note that no games will be held during the Easter and June long weekends, as well as on July 12-13 (during the school holidays).
