The wet weather has played havoc across the region recently but a short respite last week led to a memorable weekend for participants in the South32 Illawarra Junior Rugby League competition.

Corrimal and Port Kembla Girls U16’s tackle teams got together after their match after relishing in the wet conditions.

Meanwhile, the Helensburgh Tigers Under 9’s could be excused for doing a rain dance every week after enjoying the heavy conditions.
